Clearly I'll comment here, niec find AK, good write up.
One thing, an 1/8 is 3.5g. I'm guessing you still might be right with the heavy 1/8 since he prob smoked a l or two at the dealer then had a bowl in the car. prob 0.2, hence 3.3.

Guy is up in my book now. hurray for weed, and hurray for no Phelps like issues.
